TSCPL collaborates with firms of all sizes to pool in external resources for providing the requisite skilled manpower on the projects as well as completing the projects on time. This not only enhances the quality of the proposal that we bid for but also ensures that the economic as well as other interests of all the stakeholders are addressed in the most optimal manner. We are always open to collaborate with firms at all stages of the project and also invite firms to sub contract any piece of project work to us so as to complete the projects on time and ensure that the project deliverables are of the highest quality. We seek opportunities to collaborate with firms for executing projects in the following domains:

E-Governance including conducting studies on the e-readiness of the governments and their departments as well as developing e-governance applications, strategies and frameworks and MMIS etc. Major e-governance projects that we have covered, including implementation are last mile connectivity for rural citizens, Online payment of government dues and taxes (Property Tax, stamps and registration fees, vehicles tax, sales tax, etc.), Payment and administration of utilities bills (water, telephone, electricity etc.), Registration and applications for birth and death certificates, Applications for building plan permissions, Public Grievance System and Online tendering.
ERP Implementation including writing detailed AS-IS, TO-BE documents, complete Bid Process Management, customizing ERP software as per the client requirement and conducting audits and providing support during the implementation as well as post implementation stage.
IT Strategy Planning and Policy Consulting including developing IT strategies, policies, frameworks, Program Management Units (PMUs) and Project Implementation Units (PIUs).
Project Management including Project Feasibility Assessment, Project Conceptualization, Bid Process Management comprising EOIs, RFPs and other tender documents, monitoring and appraising project implementation as well as providing post implementation support consisting of performance evaluation, conducting quality assurance checks and audits.

We have also developed our own proprietary software, ProjectsSynergy®, which caters to the entire gamut of requirements of consulting organizations.
